Fill it out asap. On your scheduled week, I will show you two proofs. If you would like to use your 2 included revisions, feedback is required so I know what changes you want me to make. In the instance you would like an additional revision, it is $15/revision. This listing is meant to be short & quick. Once your design is complete, I will send your final print-ready file.
